Shift: Day 3x12-Hour; Evening 3x12-Hour

Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Experience: Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years

RN license required

Must-Have: Epic experience required

Description: The position requires day/evening shifts, primarily 12-hour shifts. Weekend and holiday rotation is expected. The candidate must have experience working in a high acuity Emergency Department. Ability to manage patients with multiple urgent health conditions is essential. The department provides comprehensive care with a full team of subspecialists. Candidates will coordinate with emergency services for critically ill and injured patients. Advanced specialized care is offered, addressing complex conditions in a dynamic environment. Preferred experience includes working in a Trauma Level II or Level I Trauma Center. The position may involve floating to other units as needed. Strong skills in cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies are necessary. A telemetry exam will be required prior to the start date. Passing criteria for the telemetry exam include 100% identification of lethal rhythms and a passing score of 80% or higher. A minimum of two attempts will be allowed to pass the telemetry exam.
