Employee Relations & Recruiter (HR)

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting talented job seekers with great career opportunities while building strong relationships with our clients and field employees. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of recruiting, customer service, sales, and relationship management.
Recruit, interview, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate follow-ups
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies
Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in recruiting systems
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and field employees
Help resolve attendance, performance, and employee-relations concerns
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting and placement goals
Represent Ōnin Staffing professionally throughout the community
Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and conducting interviews
Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance metrics
Previous recruiting or staffing experience
Previous sales, customer service, account management, or human resources experience
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or staffing software
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
