Responsibilities

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80‑bed full‑service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, Arkansas.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN is responsible for administering medications safely and effectively under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. Working as a team, the LPN promotes a safe and therapeutic environment with patient safety as the priority. Compassionate, respectful, calm in escalated situations, and a team player are key to success.

Qualifications

Job requirements include:

One year certificate from a college or technical school or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

CPR and Handle With Care/Verbal De‑escalation certification required; can be offered upon hire at the facility.

Must be licensed in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Arkansas.
