They're also pretty sensible about how the work gets done. They've used AI tools for the last 4 tax seasons and have outsourced preparation support, leaving you to spend more time reviewing, advising clients and doing the work that actually requires your brain.

Busy season is around 55 hours, with annual hours capped at 2,080.

You'll also get $2,000 annual employer HSA contribution, up to 4% 401(k) match, $850 per month toward health insurance and discretionary bonuses twice a year.

This probably suits someone from a similar sized CPA firm who's technically strong, comfortable with clients and starting to think, “I'd quite like to help build something rather than just work in it.”
