Planning Strategist

In this role, you’ll partner with Advisors to develop, analyze, and deliver personalized financial strategies while supporting the operational execution of client recommendations. Partner with team members and Advisors to prepare client-ready meeting materials, follow-up deliverables, and relationship management support for select clients
Provide client-facing financial advice and support in collaboration with Advisors
Analyze client needs and develop financial strategies using financial planning software
Assist in creating and presenting comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client goals
Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of client service and accuracySupport account openings, transfers, document processing, and other operational needs of the advisory team
Ensure accuracy and compliance with AML, SEC, and internal firm policies and requirements
Collaborate with Advisors, tax professionals, estate planning attorneys, investment professionals, and operations teams to execute integrated financial strategies
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of financial services industry experience, including B2B support for Advisors and/or B2C direct financial advising
Strong proficiency with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital, along with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain moderately complex financial strategies clearly and effectively to clients
Understanding of financial industry regulations, documentation requirements, and internal compliance policies
This role may also be eligible for variable pay (bonuses, commissions, incentives).
