Head of Engineering and Project Management

TRC is a leading engineering and environmental solutions provider, serving clients in renewable energy, oil & gas, transportation, and manufacturing.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico Engineering, Construction, and Remediation team. The successful candidate will be a motivations, results‑oriented leader who works with stakeholders to define project needs and manages teams to deliver services on scope, schedule, and budget.

Manage environmental compliance assessments, remediation projects, environmental assessments, report preparation, feasibility studies, task management, and subcontractor oversight.

Understand chemicals of concern in environmental remediation.

Work to cross‑sell TRC services and increase business from existing accounts.

Create and execute project work plans and staffing plans.

Manage project risk by understanding and following risk management procedures.

Implement TRC's Health & Safety Program and Quality Management Plan.

15 to 25 years of experience with an environmental consulting/engineering firm, including project experience in environmental compliance, investigations, remediation, and due diligence.

Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental sciences, geology, engineering, or related field from an accredited university.

Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in project management and client management.

Working knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, NPDES, CERCLA, etc.) and state regulatory agencies (NMED, NMOCD, CDPHE).

40‑hour HAZWOPER health and safety training certificate.
