Phlebotomist, Hospital Phlebotomy

Novant Health in Wilmington, NC seeks a phlebotomist to perform collection procedures and support staff orientation on equipment and software. The role requires following policies and strict procedures in a hospital setting.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred, and certification within 6 months of hire (ASCP/ASPT/AMT or NHA). Strong medical terminology knowledge and excellent communication are essential.
