Hospitality Restaurant Server

Wally's Wine & Spirits is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Server to deliver a polished, memorable dining experience for every guest. Provide warm, attentive, and elevated service that reflects Wally's high standards of hospitality.

Guide guests through the food, wine, cocktail, cheese, and charcuterie offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.

Partner closely with teammates, sommeliers, bussers, food runners, kitchen staff, and management to support exceptional service.

Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and help resolve concerns with professionalism.

Support a collaborative service environment by assisting with hosting, running food, bussing tables, and other guest-facing needs when appropriate.

3-5 years of serving experience in a high-volume, premium, or hospitality-focused restaurant environment.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine service, cocktails, and elevated dining standards.
• Confidence using POS systems and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
