Warehouse & Dispatch Associate

Compensation: $20.25–$29.25/hour

Job Summary

Our Company is hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Associate for a respected client in warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends inventory handling, order fulfillment, and dispatch coordination for someone who values safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and supplies
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders per company standards
• Review work orders, shipping docs, and dispatch schedules for accuracy
• Coordinate outbound shipments and dispatch activities
• Load/unload trucks following safety procedures
• Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Use scanners and WMS to track inventory
• Assist with inventory counts and organization
• Maintain clean, safe work areas per OSHA standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to hit productivity goals

Preferred

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, dispatch, or logistics experience
• Forklift or powered equipment experience
• WMS and barcode scanning familiarity

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer/scanner proficiency preferred
• Able to follow shipping docs, dispatch schedules, and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Able to bend, lift, twist, push, pull, and reach repetitively
• Able to safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk through 8-hour shifts, with occasional extended hours
• Dependable, strong work ethic, works independently or on a team
• Flexible for overtime, weekends, or extra shifts
