Job Description:
The RN in this position will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in the PCU/IMC Float unit, covering a range of specialties including General Medicine, Cardiac, Neuro, and more. Flexibility and adaptability to float into various units as needed are required.
Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatment regimens to patients across multiple specialties.
Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Titrate and manage cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, and heparin.
Requirements:
Must have 2 years of PCU/IMC experience; prefer prior neuro and Epic experience.
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
Comfortable with titrating and managing Dopamine, Dobutamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and more.
