Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Outpatient Urology Clinic Location: Lancaster, PA Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:45 AM 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $23$30/hour (DOE) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview A fast-paced outpatient urology clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, and hold an active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license. This role offers the potential for long-term placement based on performance and clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities

Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories

Assist providers with in-office urology procedures

Administer medications and injections as ordered

Perform catheter care and catheter placement

Assist with voiding trials and related procedures

Coordinate patient care and follow-up scheduling

Document clinical information accurately in the electronic medical record

Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions

Support daily clinic flow in a high-volume outpatient setting

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license required

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required (outpatient experience preferred)

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
