Head of Operations (Warehouse & Transport)

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations functions of the facility to make sure all departments are organized, efficient, and effective in their daily tasks and responsibilities are achieved. Essential Functions Accept and register new shipments as necessary

Input weekly payroll into company system and process paperwork for new hires

Oversee warehouse operations and ensure warehouse and surrounding lot is clean, orderly, and able to pass fire and RSMO inspections

Maintain logs for local equipment and trucks

Knowledge of residential, commercial, and military move process

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED (required)

Working Conditions Mainly indoors, working outdoors is sometimes required
