The Housekeeper is responsible for meticulously cleaning the residents’
apartments, public areas, and work areas in accordance with community and
company guidelines, policies, and procedures, and for taking directions from the
Executive Director, Maintenance Director, Director of Housekeeping, Lead
Housekeeper, or designee. safe, comfortable, and inviting community for all staff, guests, and residents,
by demonstrating superior customer service and maintaining a high standard of
cleanliness that supports the community’s well-being.
Comprehensive Cleaning & Upkeep: Perform a full range of housekeeping duties,
including but not limited to the cleaning and sanitation of all resident
windows, floors, and carpets, to assure a high standard of cleanliness. fluff, and straighten all furniture in internal and external public areas to

Resident Service & Professional Image: Assist in the marketing of the
community by always displaying a positive and professional image in alignment
with MBK policies, principles, and core values. residents with a warm, friendly demeanor. requests and immediately report any observed resident needs, concerns, or
laundry services for residents as scheduled or needed in a timely and
