Repair & Maintenance Tech 2nd shift

From managing daily work orders, to restoring apartments, property wide improvement projects, grounds upkeep and keeping our properties in safe, attractive, and comfortable condition, our maintenance technicians are critical to building communities professionally owned and managed by us.
We are looking for a dynamic, top performing maintenance individual that will work with the maintenance staff who work on day to day maintenance to ensure that the physical condition of the entire property is in safe, attractive and comfortable condition. Satisfies corrective maintenance service requests per work orders following company procedures.

• General maintenance duties.
• Manages apartment make ready and turnover procedures.
• Makes recommendations for contract services and manages the process.
• Maintains and orders inventory.
• Regular inspections.

General maintenance experience, HVAC experience a plus.

• Some evening and weekend on-call work may be required; must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
