Material Handler/Warehouse/Urgent Need/1st and 2nd Shift

Warehouse Forklift Operator
Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision. Accurately removes and stocks product, customer's product, and various supplies according to inventory plan.
Accurately selects product to fill customer orders and package them properly.
Loads and unload trucks and verifies that correct items are loaded and unloaded.
Picking, processing and packing orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.
Identifies, holds and segregates defective material.
Inspects forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnel.
Assists in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead.
This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.

• 1st shift: 6am-2pm
• 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm
• 3rd shift: 10pm-6am

High school diploma/GED
Ability to read and write English (in Quebec, must read and write French)
Previous forklift experience
Basic computer skills and knowledge, such as with database programs and Microsoft Office programs.
