At Broad River Rehab, we are committed to changing lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CFY) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio.

Full-Time Opportunity

Option One: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Mt. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.

Option Two: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Lewis Center. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.

Part-Time Opportunities Also Available

Part-time schedules are available at each individual location:

Full-time schedule with 4- or 5-day flexibility (30-40 hours weekly)

Sign-On Bonus

Part- time schedule with 3 or 4 day flexibility (20-25 hours weekly)

Collaborative and therapist-driven culture

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs

Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities

Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
