Key Responsibilities For The HR Manager
Lead employee relations, investigations, and HR support for approximately 400 employees across multiple locations
Own recruiting, onboarding, and overall talent acquisition efforts
Manage one direct report
Oversee training programs and compliance, including administration of the learning and development platform
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and stay current on labor trends
Partner with executive leadership to enhance employee engagement, HR policies, and overall people strategy
Qualifications For The HR Manager
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience with HR systems (Paycor ATS preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Previous HR leadership experience in a manager-level or equivalent role preferred
