Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience

Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel
Develop litigation strategy and proactively manage files
