Since 2010 our company has been dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy services to individuals with autism and related developmental differences. Services are grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and delivered by trained professionals who value collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning. The organization strives to create lasting, positive change in the lives of the individuals and communities it serves.
Service locations include clinic, home and school based ABA Therapy.

Master's Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes
Good judgment and creative thinking skills
Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.
experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.
