Employee Relations & Recruiter (HR)

We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Recruiter to join our Human Resources team!

They advise Human Resources and hiring personnel regarding consideration and selection of candidates.

Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews and onboard employees

Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports.

Coordinate college and community recruiting efforts.

Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.

Education/Qualifications

Prior experience or education in Human Resource Management, Business or related area is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Specialized training in employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, and recruitment, preferred.

Must provide proof of auto insurance.

Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
