Pay Range: $24–$28+ Per Hour Depending on Experience + Year-End Bonus
Location: Monroeville, OH (Projects within 40-mile radius)

Tusing Builders LTD is hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our growing team in Northern Ohio. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial construction who take pride in precision, quality, and safety. From steel-stud framing to finish carpentry, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-impact commercial builds. Most of our work is local, so you’ll be home every night.

Perform skilled carpentry work in commercial environments including restaurant, medical, educational, retail, and industrial projects.
Construct, install, and repair structures such as steel-stud framing, drywall, drop ceilings, cabinetry, and trim.
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
Work efficiently with field leads, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Maintain clean and organized job sites with a focus on site professionalism.
Support proper tool use, job documentation, and material handling.
3+ years of commercial carpentry experience required.

• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, tools, and code compliance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
