Hospital RN - Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Pediatric Psychiatry

Rotating shifts of 36 or 48 hours per week, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

This role is within a child and adolescent unit focused on patients aged 5-18 years experiencing acute mental health crises.

NYS RN License

2 years of pediatric mental health experience

BLS certification (AHA only)

Provide safe and effective therapeutic care to patients.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and meet patient goals.

Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on Activities Therapy, Mindfulness, Wellness, and Coping Skills.

Administer psychopharmacological interventions as needed.

Candidates may be required to complete orientation, background checks, and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
