HayloARC is looking for a talented Lead Architect to join our growing team. This position is located in our New York City office on a hybrid work schedule; three (3) days in office depending on business needs. As the Lead Architect for our groundbreaking DSP platform, HayloARC, you won't just design systems - you'll shape the technological backbone of our entire enterprise. In this high-impact leadership role, you will champion the evolution of our cloud infrastructure, orchestrate a modern data warehouse, and pioneer our first steps into predictive modeling and AI. If you are a visionary technologist who thrives on solving complex, multi-platform puzzles, mentoring talented engineers, and making critical "build vs. Reporting to the VP Enterprise Architecture, lead the design and development of the HayloARC platform

Coordinate with the Development, Data Engineering and BI teams to build effective solutions, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements

Collaborate with the DevOps team on the architecture, design and scalability of the Cloud infrastructure

Own the external integration strategy, focusing on scalable API design, efficient client onboarding, and managing vendor/partner data exchange to ensure seamless interoperability

Proactively manage technical debt by balancing long-term architectural health against immediate business requirements

Collaborate with product and finance teams on project schedules and budgets

Keep up to date with industry trends and platforms to address business needs, and drive innovation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
• Ensuring that systems are scalable and adhere to web best practices
• Experience with programming languages such as C# (essential), javascript/typescript, python are a plus
• Experience documenting system architecture and design
• Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of security best practices regarding data, file storage, and SDLC
• Experience with system observability and monitoring performance
• Experience working in an agile environment such as Scrum, Kanban
• Experience evaluating enterprise platforms, vendors, and RFPs
• Experience managing simultaneous projects and prioritizing tasks
