Job Summary As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our innovations before theylaunch onthe market. You willdrivethe validation of our intelligent buildingecosystems, including embedded controllers, IoT hardware, industrial protocols (BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus), and software applications.
TestDesign: Design and execute software and hardware test plans.
Compliance Validation: Verify product conformity according to technical specifications and requirements.
Build and wire the necessary test benches and installations for embedded systems.
Activelyparticipatein the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
Hands-onexperience in embedded systems testing and software test automation.
Practical Know-How: Highly skilled in the assembly and wiring of test setups and equipment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Collaborate closely with your software development team and other program members (Product, Developers, QA).
Ensure the quality of products under development prior to their release into production.
Establish test strategies and detailed planning schedules.
Develop both automated and manual regression test plans.
Support system testing (capacity, performance, and robustness), helping design scenarios and analyze results.
Document bugs, issues tobe resolved, and potential product improvements.
Assemble hardware for new test systems based on project requirements.
Propose techniques, processes, and equipment needed to perform and improve functional testing.
Analyze andoptimizetesting methodologies to increase overall product quality.
Run all tests necessary to guarantee quality, using internal resources or external service providers.
Workeffectively with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.

Solid experience in quality assurance.
Proven experience with automated testing tools.
Experience with communication protocols related to Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Comfortable operating with electrical voltages up to 120Vac/240Vac.
Stronghands-onmanual dexterity and lab assembly skills.
Knowledge of IP networks, TCP/IP, and cybersecurity principles applied to connected systems and IoT.
Experience in diagnostics (using packet sniffers, log analysis, and physical installation validation).
Assets:
Knowledge of the M-Bus protocol.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and building control sequences.
Understanding ofmicroelectronics and basic programming.
Experience working within the Azure DevOps environment.
College Diploma (DEC) orBachelor’s Degree in Electricalor Electronic Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
Languages: Fullproficiencyin spoken and written French; functionalproficiencyin written and spoken English.
Innovation: Ability to innovate and keep up-to-date with new software automation methodologies and tools.
Methodical: Highly methodical and structured approach.
