We are seeking responsible and vigilant individuals to serve as Security Officer (WAE) . These part time/as-needed roles support the safety and security of juvenile justice facilities by helping maintain order, prevent incidents, and promote a safe environment for youth, staff, and visitors. This position is ideal for candidates who are flexible, dependable, and passionate about public service and youth rehabilitation. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma Supervision Received : Supervision Exercised : Monitor entrances, exits, and facility grounds to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access Enforce facility rules and support staff in maintaining order Provide courteous assistance to visitors, staff, and youth while maintaining professional boundaries Work Location: This vacancy is located at Bridge City Center for Youth in Bridge City, Louisiana. Compensation: $18.00 per hour. Appointment Type: This is a part time/WAE position. Work Details: The incumbent of this position will serve as a part time Food Production Worker, working 24 hours a week.
