Job Summary As an Inside Sales Associate you are responsible for generating revenue with new and existing clients, developing new business relationships with customers, reporting, and tracking of sales opportunities, achieving sales profitability targets, and assisting Account Managers with sales related functions. Activities include engaging with customers to provide proposals, learning and researching new products and market trends, and to improve customer satisfaction with all interactions. Inside Sales Associates report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, and work closely together in developing sales targets, and assisting the sales team.
Job Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Building outstanding customer relations for long term positive relationships.
Generating quotes for customers and processing orders to be transferred to fulfillment.
Expand existing customer solutions for overall company growth.
Build and expand customer base through pre-sales activities, client meetings, and constant follow up.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with all customers including; customer advocacy and alignment with key decision makers.
Aid and assist Account Managers in client deal creation, manufacturer registrations, and sales order conversion.
Maintain and ensure tight alignment with internal TVS Pro teams to deliver strategic customer outcomes.

Maintain sales goals with timely updates and accurate forecasting.
Manage and maintain timely and accurate billing, and support the collections team on all account receivable matters.
Attend all company, department, and individual meetings/training as assigned.
Responsible for providing inside sales coverage by answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and directing clients as needed.
Follow all TVS Pro policies and procedures.

Required Skills High performing inside sales associates have demonstrated abilities to understand client needs and perform in a high-tempo environment.
Apply knowledge of AV equipment to clearly and concisely articulate ideas to provide tailored AV systems to meet client needs.
Achieve sales quota by strengthening existing customer business, leveraging new and existing vendor and company contacts to obtain new business.
Education Requirements This is an entry level position. Experience in sales or working with technology such as: infrastructure, networking, conference and collaboration, professional services or managed services preferred.
