Registered Nurse - Therapy\/Rehabilitation

Encompass Health

Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Extern to support our inpatient rehabilitation team. Under RN supervision, you’ll assist with direct patient care, including vital signs, ADLs, mobility, and safety monitoring. You’ll partner with nurses and therapy staff to reinforce care plans, document in EMRs, and uphold infection control and patient safety standards. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex rehab patients, a team-oriented environment, coaching from experienced clinicians, and opportunities to grow toward an RN role in a clinically advanced, patient-centered setting.
