Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
Rotate weekends as part of a self-scheduling model
Float within scope to meet facility needs, including to other campuses within the system as needed
May float to IMCU as required by unit staffing needs
Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oklahoma (no pending licenses accepted)
Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
No more than 5 days of requested time off per 13-week contract period
Preferred Experience / Skills
Charge nurse experience preferred
Experience in an IMCU or step-down setting is a plus
Comfort with floating to varied units and settings within scope of practice
