The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, individualized care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities

Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members

Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred

Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license

Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
