Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Tailor to join our team in Chicago, IL. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress/Tailor to join our warehouse team on 2nd shift. This role involves operating industrial sewing equipment to alter, repair, and assemble textile products. 2nd shift schedule
Duties and Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines, including overlock (serger) and straight needle machines
Perform alterations, repairs, and assembly of garments or textile products
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience with industrial sewing machines required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate materials
Background in garment construction or textile production
Familiarity with different fabric types and sewing techniques
