RN - PCU - Weekend - Nights

Neuro/PCU RN - Night Shift

Location: South Carolina

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Every other weekend required.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Neuro/PCU RN for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the Neuro/PCU unit, ensuring that all protocols and procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Ensure accurate documentation and charting of patient information.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Neuro/PCU setting.

SC RN license or Compact license required prior to start.

Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Telemetry competency required.
