Are you an experienced, detail‑driven legal professional with a passion for real estate transactions? Our firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join our team and support both commercial and residential real estate matters.

What You’ll Do

Draft and review real estate documents (purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements)

Conduct title and survey reviews; coordinate with title companies and surveyors

Assist attorneys with closings and attend closings when needed

Perform due diligence, including zoning, environmental, and corporate document review

Organize transaction files, track deadlines, and maintain compliance

Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other transaction parties

Handle post‑closing tasks, including document recording and file finalization

What You Bring

3–5 years of real estate paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively

Paralegal certification preferred
