Temp/Travel- Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health

Registered Nurse – OR, Pittsfield, MA. Weekly pay $2,802-$3,048 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 4x10-hour days in a hospital setting. This travel assignment requires active licensure and perioperative certification, with dedicated support throughout the assignment.

• Contract duration: Shift: 4x10-hour days
• Hospital Operating Room

Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients from admission through discharge, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Assist the surgical team in the OR, including instrument handling, tissue management, and first-assist responsibilities as appropriate.
• Maintain sterile technique, adhere to infection control policies, position patients, and manage intraoperative safety checks.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively, support anesthesia, manage hemodynamics, and coordinate with the team; Document perioperative care and procedures in the electronic medical record (Meditech Expanse) and communicate updates to the multidisciplinary team.
• Uphold CNOR standards and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives.

Active Massachusetts RN license (state license must be uploaded with profile). Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required for temporary staffing; 2+ years of current OR nursing experience; Own reliable personal vehicle for travel assignment.
