Must be a Texas-licensed attorney, have federal court admissions, and bring 10+ years of trademark litigation experience.

Manage and lead trademark litigation matters from strategy through resolution

Handle cases in federal court, including drafting and arguing motions

Develop case strategy, assess risk, and advise clients on litigation posture and outcomes

Conduct written discovery, manage document production, and prepare discovery responses

Take and defend depositions, including party and third-party witnesses

Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Maintain clear, timely client communication and produce high-quality work product

10+ years of trademark litigation experience

Strong motion practice and brief writing skills

Direct ownership of trademark litigation matters with meaningful autonomy
