Pediatrix & Obstetrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated OB/OBGYN Hospitalist to join their well-established community-based obstetric program in the Phoenix metro area. This role offers a dynamic, high-acuity environment with a focus on work-life balance, providing 24/7 in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale. The position is ideal for physicians looking to practice OB only or expand into GYN, with opportunities for new graduates and early-career physicians to enhance procedural experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7, in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale
• Manage OB ED, unassigned patients, and community OB support
• Assist with cesarean deliveries as needed
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, anesthesia, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, timely, high-quality care

Shift & Schedule

• Provide 24/7, in-house obstetric care
• Work a minimum of just 6, 24-hour, shifts per month
• Great coverage structure with 2 physicians on at all times

Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Previous OB Hospitalist Experience Preferred
• Ability to obtain AZ medical licensure
