Our McKinney nursing teams serve a very fast-paced, high-volume environment with consistently strong patient census and acuity.
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:45am to 4:15pm | No weekend/holiday
Outpatient procedural patients, Outpatient OB patients
Number of beds: 3 preop rooms, 3 recovery bays, 5 exam rooms total in clinic

• As a Procedural Registered Nurse, work as a licensed professional using the nursing practice model to oversee patient care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans. Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.

As a Procedural Registered Nurse, use careful clinical judgment. Create and adjust care plans for better results.
You will assess your nursing practices to ensure quality and effectiveness. This may involve tracking indicators, making changes based on research, and joining quality improvement initiatives.
You'll help teach patients and staff. Education will be integrated into care at all levels.

6+ years of RN experience, 2+ years of procedural experience, preferred Procedural Pain experience/emergency room experience
