In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProvide Copy Services including accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructionsProvide Floor Coordination including the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and basic daily maintenanceWork independently on production assignments, often without direct supervisionEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checkedOther duties as required and assigned which may include hospitality services and mail dutiesQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a production, copy, print or scanning environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeAbility to work occasional overtime if neededHours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour of unpaid lunchThe Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
