The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be helping with a variety of facilities maintenance projects.
Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems. Assists with miscellaneous greenhouse facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility. Works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Conducts routine maintenance to Warehouse and Greenhouse facilities
Assists in preparing and building fixtures for tradeshows
Acts as backup to box truck drivers if applicable
Assists shipping and receiving team when time allows

Greenhouse maintenance experience desired
Previous experience driving a box truck
Bilingual a plus

This may include the wearing of proper PPE including gloves, closed toes shoes, safety glasses, or chemical resistant aprons/suits.
