Description
Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in inpatient and outpatient contexts and craft tailored treatment plans
Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Coordinate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
Coach patients and family members regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge logistics, and home exercises
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapies, and progress according to facility and regulatory standards
Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to guarantee seamless care delivery
Education
~ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent advanced degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
Holding state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory
