Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time
We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient physical therapy practice in Somerville, NJ. This role offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, 1 patient per hour, and a salary of $70K-$80K/year DOE plus full benefits.
Summary
You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and progress through their treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
Guide patients through exercises and therapy activities
Monitor patient progress during sessions
Document treatments and report updates
Help keep the treatment area organized
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
