Full Time - Client Services Rep

Job Overview: We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in delivering excellent customer service by assisting members with account inquiries, processing payments, and handling service-related requests. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls and assist with account inquiries and service requests Process payments accurately and balance transactions daily Assist with billing questions, deposits, fees, and account updates Utilize internal systems to manage member accounts and document interactions Prepare service orders, reports, and basic correspondence with accuracy Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery Handle sensitive member information with confidentiality Support team operations and assist with additional duties as needed Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service experience required Call center or banking experience preferred Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday
