Restaurant and Hospitality Recruiter - Work remotely

REMOTE COMMISSION-BASED HOSPITALITY RECRUITER $40,000 - $130,000+

Are you a food and restaurant lover? If so, join this growing boutique recruiting agency with a focus on hospitality, food, and food tech recruiting. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based role, with no base salary and no benefits.

Willow Tree Recruiting is a boutique recruiting agency, working hand-in-hand with our clients to find the best employees for their companies. We target the skills and experience they require, while also ensuring a good culture and attitude fit. Our clients range from single-unit restaurant and hotel owners to corporations with hundreds of units. We also work with contract dining firms, food producers/wholesalers, and food tech clients.

Recruiting Manager or Director with Restaurant or Hotel recruiting experience, either in-house or with a hospitality recruiting agency,
District Manager, Director level or above in a 15+ unit FULL-SERVICE restaurant group or upscale hotel

Live or have lived in in a major US restaurant city for 3+ years, e.g., Preferably , dine out at upscale full-service fine-dining or "date" restaurants frequently. Michelin star restaurant experience or dining a plus

Authorized to work in the United States and currently live in the United States

• Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus
• Can work at least 30 hours a week - this is NOT a side hustle, but this is a great full-time or almost full-time job for Director level parents who want to work from home
• 4 year College graduate (preferred)
• Has no phone fear
• Skilled in using MS Word and familiar with Google suite

Source candidates from our own network of candidates, as well as your competitors or other comparable businesses. prior revenue managed, growth initiatives, acquisitions, new unit openings, etc.
Manage the interview process and keep the process moving to help candidates stay excited and engaged, as well as to reduce the possibility of losing candidates to other companies they may be speaking with.
Support your team with making offers, helping smooth out any last details and increasing the acceptance rate.
We are very good at hitting the target candidate, especially if we receive detailed feedback on our first few candidates. Several of our clients have done away with the HR screening interview, as they know we have done this work for them.
Hire 1 out of every 5 candidates we present, saving them an incredible amount of time reviewing resumes and vetting candidates. A few of our clients hire 1 out of 2 candidates we present.

• Weekly virtual team meetings, and weekly individual meetings with your manager
