Clements Electric is a veteran-owned, family-run electrical contractor serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for over 20 years. We handle residential service and light commercial work — panel upgrades, lighting, repairs, and energy-efficiency upgrades — for homeowners and businesses across the southern half of the metroplex. Whether you're just starting out or already have field experience working toward your Journeyman license, you'll learn directly from licensed electricians on live residential and commercial jobs. We provide the training, mentorship, and hours you need to advance — you bring the work ethic and the willingness to learn.

No experience required for the right candidate. If you're dependable, good with your hands, and serious about becoming a licensed electrician, we'll help you get there.

Assist licensed electricians on residential and light commercial jobs

Run conduit, pull wire, and install boxes, devices, and fixtures under supervision

Help diagnose and repair electrical issues

Load, unload, and organize tools, parts, and materials

Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Log time and materials and maintain accurate job records

Learn continuously and work toward your Texas Journeyman license

Prior electrical, construction, or hands‑on trade experience

Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program

Registration as an Electrical Apprentice with TDLR
