Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with three (3) to six (6) years of experience providing comprehensive civil engineering services, from initial feasibility through design, permitting and construction support for our Bay Area office. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to have fun.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university

• Civil Engineer-In-Training (E.Registration as a Civil Professional Engineer (P.3 to 6 years of experience in civil design, permitting and construction assistance in a variety of market sectors related to site development
• Experience in civil design, land development, grading, drainage, site utilities, storm water compliance, ADA accessibility, and other associated improvements
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• The position will involve a mix of technical design and consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. The position is hybrid where the staff are in-person three days a week (minimum) and have the option to work remotely two days a week. The optional remote workdays of the week are currently Monday and Friday. Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate
