Collaborate with an experienced geriatrician in a supportive team environment
Bernards Center on Aging , delivering comprehensive, team-based care for older adults
Dedicated clinical, nursing, and administrative support
Collaborative relationships with Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, Palliative Care, and other specialties
