Electrical Engineering- Senior

This position is responsible for the engineering, planning, design, and implementation of electric distribution & sub-transmission systems.

• Initiate and execute power delivery projects for entire plant, including design and implementation of facility and equipment electrical distribution systems.
• Develop and maintain schedules, lead project status meetings, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take leading role in client relationships.
• Evaluates, selects, and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective.
• Detailed design of new substation layouts using electrical schematics, bill of materials and equipment specifications.
• Experience preparing substation design calculations such as bus sizing, power loading, DC loading, lighting, and cable sizing.
• Understanding of NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI standards.
• Education and experience*

Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Registered Professional Engineer is a plus

At least 7 years of experience of Electrical Distribution System experience
