Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Occupational Therapist (OT) position.

In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention
Specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs
State-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment
Opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services
Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans
Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing
In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
