ResponsibilitiesEnjoy working in a fast pace environment while utilizing safe food preparation practices. Cultivate an authentic food experience for our guests by bringing your creativity to the creation of distinctive dishes. Set up stock stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffEnsure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchenCommunicate clearly with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teamHelp with cleaning duties at the end of shifts or as directedReport any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisorQualificationsThis is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it's also a lot of fun!Bring two years of culinary training or related kitchen experienceExperience in gourmet, casual fine dining, or scratch kitchensExperience working both hot and cold stationsKnowledge. Quality knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food products, and food service equipment
