We are working with a skilled nursing facility near Trenton, NJ to provide the best care possible! Immediate hire and guaranteed LPN shifts! LPN responsibilities (including but not limited to): Handling new resident admissions, Evaluate the resident's wellbeing, reporting any needs/issues to medical staff, Monitoring resident's vitals and properly documenting, Updating resident records adhering to HIPAA standards, Explaining treatments and procedures to residents and families, Changing dressings and bandages, ensuring proper hygiene and healing, Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing, Assisting with basic medical tasks, such as administering medications, Adhering to all rules and regulations relating to COVID-19 and other communicable illnesses

Requirements Must hold an active New Jersey State or Compact LPN license, Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Ability to pass a background check (no charge), Recent negative 2-step PPD, TB test or chest X-ray (if had positive result), MMR, Varicella, and Hep B titers, Personal & professional references
