Shift Details: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Description: CRT OR RRT ACCEPTED! 3x12s OR 4x12s Must have 2 years of experience NBRC and AHA BLS required IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION MUST have Ohio RRT license in hand! 8 or 12 weeks! Weekends as needed; May float as needed at CCF facilities ALL RTO and scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission AND interview ALL WORK HISTORY, INCLUDING ANY CLEVELAND CLINIC POSITIONS, MUST BE INCLUDED IN PROFILE! Copies of required certs must be included with submission

Minimum 2 years experience required. TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Required certs need to be ACTIVE - nothing pending. NBRC Cert and BLS required, active and in hand at time of submission Locals accepted at same BR Background hits of any kind will be reviewed by the facility. Facility does not accept any license hits. Smoke Free Facility-MUST BE NICOTINE FREE- No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the Account Manager if Client approval is needed Modules: Modules are billable, max of 4 hours, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours, this only pertains to annual modules required by the facility and applies to travelers have been on contract for a continuous year.
